    Jeff rose through Brand Management at Procter & Gamble in the ’80s and ’90s, working to boost market share for brands like Scope, Crest, and Pepto-Bismol. He continued to be a catalyst for strategic growth as President of Ingenuity Advisors, helping clients discover and pursue game-changing tactics. He also created and launched the +Repelle™ brand, which gained distribution in 18,000 stores, 43 press stories, and a major hair color brand trademark license.

He learned early on that branding and promotion are not mutually exclusive — a key tenet in steering his clients toward strategic growth.

    George is a trusted research partner committed to finding innovative ways of solving tough business challenges. Spearheading the design and execution of SPARK MCR® and several other capabilities, he continues to make considerable meaningful improvements to new product development and advertising initiatives‍.

    Ericca joined ACUPOLL in 1998 after being introduced to the company while working as a field supplier for the popular qual+quant Live Sessions. Taking on the role of Field Director, she became responsible for managing all aspects of those very sessions, often traveling as far as Russia and the Middle East to conduct in-person studies.

    Due to tremendous growth and a greater need for online solutions, Ericca created the Account Management department she continues to lead in her current role as Senior VP. She has a strong passion for market research and drives client innovation with an eye on the “bigger picture” to help brands evolve while maintaining core equities.

    Steve has been involved in virtually all aspects of market research for more than 35 years, from phone surveys to project management and beyond. He currently leads a team responsible for all field functions and continuously evaluates and improves vendor relationships to meet client needs as efficiently as possible.

    Prior to joining the company in 2001, Steve served as Director of Client Services at Walker Research, where he was responsible for several million dollars in annual research revenue from a major CPG client.

    In his initial role as Field Director for ACUPOLL, he managed all aspects of the in-person Live Sessions, subsequently leading the evolution into online testing. While learning everything he could about key competitors’ methods, he looked beyond basic techniques to confidently recreate the power of ACUPOLL’s validated in-person methodology. He continues to seek out tools and technologies to stay on the cutting edge of research, both online and offline.
